As we train ourself to look for the good we will slowly move to the good. Not that we ignore the bad but we do not focus on the bad. See how our life change.
The highest activity we can do is thinking. We become what we think about most. Stop saying bad things and negative about anyone or about ourself
If we are always sick, unhappy and broke, then we have the wrong thinking. So start correct thinking and control our thoughts and expectation of life and how much benefit are we giving to people. Change our energy and we attract different things. We are a result of our thoughts. So think good thoughts speak kind words take good actions
Happy people walk in different path from unhappy people. A person's result is a reflection of their awareness. Listen to what people say and observe what people are doing. Thinking is the highest activity we can do. It differentiate a person and their life. The only corner in the world we can improve is ourself. So stop looking outside to improve our life. Our life is reflection of our quality of thinking.
Once we are inspired we like to share because we cannot enjoy something unless we share it. That explain why we feel better giving than receiving. If we feel happier receiving than giving then we have lost the most important formula in living.
We cannot put something if we do not remove something. That is why forgiveness is important. We do not help the people we forgive we help ourself. Once we forgive everyone all pain will disappear from our body.
Emotional turmoil is caused by not forgiving and forgetting. The most difficult emotion is to remain a state of joy and how long we can maintain it. Once we are in joy vibration everything will be attracted to us and everything will fall in place insyaAllah.

We see the world as we see ourself. If we see negative things it means we have to many negative in us. If we are attracted to negative news and dwell on it and go to all the bad news blog we know the kind of life we have now and akhirat
The more we forgive the more healthy w become. MAny forgive and cannot forget. That is a reflection of high EGo and nafsu memenangi iman. LAgi cepat kita marah banyak ego dan sbenernya semakin jauh kita dari Allah. Orang yang tinggi harga diri dan berkeyakinan tinggi cepat memaafkan dan dapat melupakan. Kalau tak dapat lupakan dan ada dendam bersedia lah untuk hidup tidak bahagia dunia dan akhirat
